This lovely, sunlit 2-room apartment for 1-4 guests is completely furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with a “rain” shower. It is located on the ground floor, with a spacious 45qm (or  about 148ft.² ) living space and a large private wooden terrace in the back with a garden view.

The Nordic interior design, parquet floor and high (nearly 10′) ceiling and handcrafted wood furniture create a cozy, homey atmosphere in which we hope you will feel comfortable. In the winter, the heated floor will help keep your feet toasty and warm. Wifi connections are strong throughout the apartment.

Bedroom: Double bed (180 cm X 200 cm or about 71” X 79”) 2 cabinets for storage, a desk with chair.

Living / Dining Area: Sofa (folds out into a bed), large TV with Amazon Fire TV stick, shelves, dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom: Rain shower, toilet, sink, shelf.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, flatware and dishes, etc., dishwasher, laundry rack (our plan is to install a washing machine).

Location

The apartment is located in the lively borough of Friedrichshain, directly around the corner from Boxhagener Platz (market on the weekends) in a small side street which ends in a cul-de-sac. Here you will find an array of restaurants and cafes, small individual shops, some supermarkets– even an organic grocery store, very close by. A farmer’s market and a flea market take place each weekend. The Samariter subway station (U5) is a five-minute walk away. Various buses and trams are also accessible within walking distance.
